The health and safety of our customers is vital to us. We have always produced our Potions under the strictest health and safety guidelines. We wear masks, gloves and hairnets. We sanitize all surfaces and production equipment. Since March 11th we have added the following safety precautions to our daily operations.
-We now wear masks and gloves to pack your orders.
-We sanitize the outside of each bottle we place in the box with alcohol spray.
-All packages coming to our workshop are quarantined for 48 hours before opening. All contents are sanitized before use.
-We only go to the post office once per day to limit our exposure to others. All orders placed before noon will ship same day, orders placed after noon will ship next day.
Because of uncertain supply chains and the need to quarantine packages containing our ingredients and packaging before use, we may sell out of products occasionally. We are doing everything within our power to ensure adequate supply. We will communicate openly with you if/when shortages occur.
